This is the focal point of our business aimed
right at the heart of providing information solutions for your business.
There are no two identical businesses. Whilst much of the business
software available is flexible there are always going to be gaps.
Our solution maybe a new
application built from scratch to facilitate reporting and control on an
area of your business not covered by existing systems, or it maybe a tool
which integrates with existing system to allow collection and/or reporting
of data in a more suitable format. By definition there is no one answer.
The approach we take is
"results backwards". That is we start by looking at what the end result
should be, we than work that back through the business processes to
produce the solution.
The very mention of the
words "bespoke software" can be enough to frighten anybody. We've all
heard stories of organisations that have had software written specially
that once installed didn't do the job it was supposed and subsequently
couldn't be supported. ERP-MS is not in that business
whilst we can write code from scratch as a general rule we don't. Why
re-invent the wheel. We use industry standard tools for our development.
Much of our work is done using Microsoft Access. This is a hugely powerful
and often underrated database application and is easily scaleable to
Microsoft SQL server where the application is to be used by a large number
of concurrent users.
Using a product like MS
Access allows us to keep you fully in touch with the development process.
We can very quickly build a "skeleton" application that will allow you to
constantly review and if appropriate amend the specifications.

Compliments, Comment's Complaints - Our remit was to provide
long term statistical analysis of CCCs received by the organisation.
After investigation and consultation our solution provided not only the
statistical analysis but also the means to record the original details
and the tools to process, record, analyse and report on subsequent follow-ups of
each individual Compliment, Comment and Complaint.
